In 2021, we were contacted by a property developer to tender the demolition of a residential plot which was soon to be re-built to complement a prestigious area.

February 2022, we set to work on stripping the inside and removing any materials which were deemed recyclable. As soon as this phase was completed, we were ready to bring in the machines. Using our 30-ton excavators, the teams carefully separated the stone to the front-facing of the property which again was recycled.

Once this was accomplished, they soon brought the entire building down and combined forces with our hook loader who was carrying our 40-yard skips back and forth to the waste centre. To finish, the area was completely flattened ready for the next phase of construction.
