Kayedem FM is looking for Ground Maintenance Operatives to join our growing Facilities, Management team! Do you have experience in Ground Maintenance, Landscaping, Tree Surgery, or Window Cleaning? Full-time position Mon -Fri with some weekend work and overtime often available at your discretion.
Ideally based in the Leeds - Bradford area, experience in ground maintenance and/or commercial cleaning and a driving licence would be beneficial.

Due to the continued growth and success of Kayedem demolition, we are on the lookout for a CCDO Demolition Supervisor ideally based commutable to the Leeds area. You will need to be experienced in working closely with site managers and managing a team of up to ten operatives. A full understanding of health and safety and site regulations is essential as well as a demonstrable ability to understand risk assessments and Method statements
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and a company vehicle provided.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years demolition experience, must have CCDO cards or equivalent, Driving Licence
Due to the success and growth of our facilities management division, we are looking for ground maintenance operatives to join the team.
Kayedem Facilities Management maintain over 120 commercial sites across the UK. Our work includes all aspects of external maintenance. Our experienced teams are provided with all the latest tools and technology to provide the highest level of service for our clients.
Ideally, you will have experience in landscaping or other external maintenance works either on domestic or commercial projects.

Ideally, you will have previous experience working on a demolition site with a basic understanding of health and safety and site procedures.
We are looking for labourers who have a can-do attitude and a positive mentality towards health and safety and work tasks. If this is you, we will provide all the training and work experience required to progress your career.
