Diamond cutting is a method that allows us to make accurate cuts with minimal dust and noise. The high speed of this machinery allows us to easily glide through some of the toughest materials, including heavily reinforced concrete.

Our team here at Kayedem are trained to operate this equipment, which is designed to give you the maximum cutting flexibility range whilst only needing a small footprint.

This reliable process is suitable for a vast range of projects with the design of the machinery being compact and robust, creating an ideal cutting environment – reducing set up, installation and removal time and the associated costs.

Kayedem has the experience and state-of-the-art equipment, to form service penetrations, apertures, stitch drilling or simply form cuts, through brick masonry or more commonly reinforced concrete to any depth with experience on various high-risk sites, such as live hospital XRAY & MRI scanning rooms and also structures formed from pre-stressed reinforced strands within the concrete slabs, which required locating and avoiding prior to commencing cutting.
