- Ensuring planning conditions are adhered to with all supporting information presented to the local authority.
- The organisation of Site investigations and ground testing.
- Planning ecological reports such as bat surveys and habitat reports.
- Requesting and managing utility disconnections and diversions.
- Planning and sequencing other trades involved within enabling packages.
- Organising asbestos refurbishment and demolition surveys.
